He built our home in 1995. Our home was built ahead of it's time and we have not had to make any improvements besides removing wallpaper. The detail of the work was really good and there had been some improvements to the plan that really benefited for what we wanted. He came up with great ideas that were better for the plan of our home.

Marvin, You built our rock home in 1991 in Poteet Texas. We loved all the options you offered and 30 years later we are still loving your craftsmanship and your attention to details as you created our dream home. My sister who lives in Goliad is looking for a builder/ contractor. She has specs and blueprints ready to go but has yet to locate a builder that can manage interim financing . The building site is 10 miles north of Goliad. The plan is about 2000 sq ft. I told her how long our bank (WF) took to decide whether they would do the financing piece BUT You got interim financing in one day. If it wasn't for you , we might still be waiting
